Sen. Marco Rubio Blasts ‘Woke Corporate Hypocrites’ Like Delta for Ties to Communist China

U.S. Senator Marco Rubio, Republican of Florida, speaks in Nashua, New Hampshire, USA, on April 18, 2015.

Florida Senator Marco Rubio took a stick to leftist corporations such as Delta Air Lines on Thursday for attacking Georgia’s election integrity law even as they have close ties to China’s communist party.

“Delta Airlines is a business partner with the Chinese Communist Party. The same Chinese Communist Party that is committing genocide against Uighurs Muslims,” Rubio said in a video posted Thursday to Twitter.

Rubio also slammed these woke corporations in another tweet:

The Senator’s comments came on the heels of the attack on Georgia leveled by Delta Air Lines CEO Ed Bastian who called the Peach State’s new election integrity law “unacceptable” “voter suppression.”

After having time to now fully understand all that is in the bill, coupled with discussions with leaders and employees in the Black community, it’s evident that the bill includes provisions that will make it harder for many underrepresented voters, particularly Black voters, to exercise their constitutional right to elect their representatives,” Bastian said. “That is wrong.”

Bastian is a liar. He doesn’t understand a thing about Georgia’s new law. He only knows what leftist activists told him to say.

Meanwhile, after Bastian’s ignorant, uninformed, woke comments, the Georgia House of Representatives passed a bill stripping Delta of its multimillion-dollar tax break.
