Poll: Most Americans Believe Biden is Further Dividing the Nation

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden speaks in Darby, Pennsylvania DC, USA. Monday 2 of October 2020

Joe Biden spent the whole of the 2020 presidential campaign claiming that he would “unite the country” if elected president. But after his outrageous first week of radical, dictatorial executive orders, most Americans now feel he is doing more to divide the country.

As New York Post columnist Michael Goodwin wrote, America should ignore all this rapturous talk of “unity” because “everything he had done leans far left.”

Goodwin is spot on with his analysis. Biden is doing the exact opposite to unite the country. The only thing he has done so far is to support the far, far left.

A new poll shows that Americans think that Biden is doing more to divide the country than to unite it.

The Rasmussen poll shows 80% of Republican voters don’t believe Biden can unite the country. Meanwhile, 62% of “others” agree that Biden can’t do it. On the other hand, 75% of Democrats believe Biden can unify the nation.

The poll added that 44% of Americans think Biden is “more to blame for the division in America.” Another block of 44% feel it is his political opponents that are to blame.

The respondents also said that the nation is even more divided now than it was under Trump.

Also, 66% of Republicans feel that Biden is now responsible for further dividing the nation. 26% of Democrats agreed with that assessment.

Only one in six voters think Biden has succeeded in unifying the country.

By pushing this illegal impeachment trial against the former president, the Democrats are further dividing the country.
