Joe Biden had a long list of things he wanted to do on “day one” of his new administration, and one of those things instantaneously destroyed more than 70,000 American jobs and put us back on the path to dependency on foreigners oil.
It is all proof once again that Democrats don’t do anything but destroy jobs.
One of his early orders was to put an end to the Keystone XL pipeline.
As ABC 7 reported:
In President Joe Biden’s first few days of office, he has already issued several executive orders. On his first day, he signed an executive order that would cancel the Keystone XL Pipeline project. The project would carry hundreds of thousands of barrels of oil a day across the country. The issue goes all the way back to a decade ago with Presidents’ stopping and starting the project all over the issues of climate change and the economy.
Immediately, though, the people who are set to lose their jobs slammed the heartless Biden and his extremist, left-wing green Nazis.
“We just want people in Washington and at the federal level that are making these decisions to recognize that every decision they make has the potential to impact local jobs,” said Bryan Day, executive director for the Port of Little Rock, according to ABC.
One of Biden’s biggest supporters, the Teamsters Union, also slammed Biden.
“The Teamsters strongly oppose yesterday’s decision, and we would urge the administration to reconsider it. This executive order doesn’t just affect U.S. Teamsters,” the Union said in a statement, “it hurts our Canadian brothers and sisters as well who work on this project. It will reduce good-paying union jobs that allow workers to provide a middle-class standard of living to their families. America needs access to various forms of energy that can keep its economy running in the years ahead. This decision will hurt that effort.”
Joe “Commander in Cheat” Biden’s action immediately ended 11,000 American jobs and will lead to the end of 60,000 other jobs.
This is only the beginning. Biden is a Democrat. And Democrats destroy jobs and economies.
