American Trust in the Media at Lowest Point Ever Recorded

Trust in the media is both at record highs AND record lows and the reason for that truly show just how bad the American mass media is, too.

Overall, trust in the media is at its lowest polling result that Gallup has ever seen. On the other hand, Democrats love the media. This alone should prove how biased, fake, and sold out the media is.

According to the recent Gallup poll, a combined 60 percent of respondents said they “did not have very much” trust in the media or had “none at all.” That is compared to only 40 percent that said they had a “fair amount” or a “great deal” of trust in the media.

Furthermore, 33 percent said they had no confidence at all in the mass media. This is the highest number that Gallup has ever found in its yearly poll on the media.

But the split among the parties is even more telling to prove how badly the media is performing its job.

A measly ten percent of Republicans had a “great deal” or “fair amount” of trust in the media — also the lowest ever. However, that number was a ridiculous 73 percent of positive support among Democrats.

This is the widest gulf that Gallup has ever seen in its poll.

Independents were also dour on the media. Only 36 percent of independents had trust in the mass media.

This pretty much proves how biased the left-media is. The fact that almost 75 percent of Democrats love the media means that the media is catering 100 percent to their far left ideals. The media is not interested in truth or presenting facts. The mass media is only interested in bucking up leftist ideology.

Truth be damned.
