Report: Wisconsin Clerks Illegally Changed Thousands of Absentee Ballots for Biden

According to Wisconsin talk show host Dan O’Donnell, county and municipal clerks and poll workers in Wisconsin illegally changed mail-in ballots all across the state.

O’Donnell noted that state law maintains that all mail-in ballots must have a witness’s signature and home address to be valid and to be counted in an election. Wisconsin Statute 6.86 says that if these areas are blank on the mail-in ballot, the vote is illegal and cannot be counted.

But it appears that many of the Democrats that handled these ballots simply wrote in false information so that the vote would count.

Instead, multiple sources tell “The Dan O’Donnell Show,” municipal clerks and vote counters across the state simply filled out witness signatures themselves. Acting on false and unlawful advice from the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC), these clerks may have inadvertently invalidated thousands of absentee votes.

“The statute is very, very clear,” said retired Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman, who worked as a poll watcher in Milwaukee on Election Day. “If an absentee ballot does not have a witness address on it, it’s not valid. That ballot is not valid.”

What makes this even worse is that the Democrat-controlled Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) actually told the clerks to illegally fill these sections in so that the votes could count.

“The Republican Party of Wisconsin estimates that thousands of witness addresses may have been changed, thus invalidating the ballots on which they appeared. The statutory remedy for this is to subtract a commensurate number of votes for the candidates for whom those ballots were cast, meaning that vote totals may substantially change,” O’Donnel’s website said.

By most counts to date, Joe Biden won Wisconsin by only 20,000 votes.
