Joe Biden Intends to Force Everyone to Wear a Mask In and Out of Their Home

Joe Biden’s campaign has signaled that he intends to force every American to wear a mask to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in and out of their home once he becomes president.

This is quite despite the fact that a president has absolutely no authority whatever to force all of America to wear masks “for their own good.”

Biden might have the authority to require people in federal facilities to wear masks. But he has no legal standing to tell the average citizen that they must wear a mask.

However, Biden plans to surge ahead with this autocratic rule by taking federal funds away from any state whose legislature refuses to pass rules to require universal mask wearing.

“First, I’ll go to every governor and urge them to mandate mask-wearing in their states,” Biden said on Oct. 23. “And if they refuse, I’ll go to the mayors and county executives and get local masking requirements in place nationwide.”

Biden is already gearing up for this rule by naming to head his coronavirus task force former surgeon general Vivek Murthy, who was the nation’s top doctor when Biden was vice president under President Barack Obama. He was fired from his position by the Trump administration.

This, of course, is already Biden’s first broken promise. Using it as a cudgel to attack Trump, Biden said he would put Dr. Anthony Fauci in control of coronavirus policy. Apparently, that was a lie.
