The President was Constitutionally Empowered to Order Airstrike on Soleimani

Reading the comments coming from the Democrats, you would have to think that President Donald Trump has just started a war with Iran. Little note was taken of where this terrorists was operating. The taking out, decapitation it is called, of Iranian terrorist, Qassem Soleimani, is being used again by the left to assail the President and his powers. The Executive powers are there for a purpose and have been used by all Presidents in the past.

Speaker of the House, Democratic Representative Nancy Pelosi, would have you believe that President Donald Trump’s actions are ‘another’ abuse of Executive Office powers. That is simply not true as you can read in this article. The actions by the Democratic Party extreme left wing are totally predictable and without merit as is proven below.

Just who was Iranian terrorist, Qassem Soleimani and what has he perpetrated against the American military and civilians? Where was he when the attacks against our embassy took place?

“President Trump ordered an airstrike that killed the notorious Iranian terrorist, Qassem Soleimani, who murdered hundreds of Americans. The President was constitutionally empowered to do so.

Democrats, of course, reflexively whined that Trump abused his powers. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s predictable, Pavlovian response was to complain that the president acted without authorization from Congress. He did, indeed, because he needs no such authorization. (more here)

Was President Donald Trump correct in his actions against Qassem Soleimani justifiable? Look at all the terrorism that he has been behind and you be the judge. Was it justice for him? Gregg Jarrett is right.
