David Koch, a billionaire conservative activist, and philanthropist dies at 79.
Charles Koch: “It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of my brother David. Anyone who worked with David surely experienced his giant personality and passion for life. Twenty-seven years ago, David was diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer and given a grim prognosis of a few years to live. David liked to say that a combination of brilliant doctors, state-of-the-art medications and his own stubbornness kept the cancer at bay. We can all be grateful that it did, because he was able to touch so many more lives as a result.”

Rest in peace David Koch, a true American hero.
David Koch has done more for this nation than the people who will celebrate his passing. He gave thousands jobs; helped save the lives of many, many more through his philanthropy to hospitals; elevated the arts; and fought to lift millions out of poverty. He is a great a man.

Liberals start celebrating…
I’m sure David Koch loved his grandkids or whatever, but the reality is that he and his greedy generation in Big Business and politics set the world on fire from Alaska to the Amazon, and now they won’t be around to watch the flames consume the rest of us

Very glad to hear David Koch is dead. Him and his brother have contributed immeasurably to the ongoing environmental ruin of our planet, as well as the horrific treatment of minorities and children of color. I wouldn’t even waste piss on his grave.

#DavidKoch has died. Never classy to celebrate anyone’s death. In this case, I’ll make an exception. The sun seems brighter today.
