President Trump is certainly a master when it comes to trolling, a fact we’ve seen put on display countless times during his administration, and it doesn’t seem he’s running out of steam anytime soon.
In fact, the president recently took aim at Beto O’Rourke Monday evening, taunting him over the small crowd size that attended his march.
“We have a line that is very long already, I’m mean you see what’s going on,” Trump told reporters before boarding Air Force One and flying to Texas where he will hold a rally in El Paso. “And I understand our competitor’s got a line too, but it’s a tiny little line. Of course (the media) make it sound like they have more people than we do. That’s not going to happen.”
It looks like Beto only has 900 guests at his so called March, tiny! We have over 35000 in attendance. 8000 inside and tens of thousands in the parking lot and streets. @realDonaldTrump had 70,000+ RSVPs and thousands couldn’t make it. #winning

Do you think Cubans are fighting for healthcare or freedom from Communism?
NBC News reports that “less than a half mile away from Trump, O’Rourke, the former El Paso congressman and possible 2020 Democratic presidential candidate, responded at the ‘March for Truth: Stop the Wall, Stop the Lies.’ The march will end in a rally where O’Rourke said residents will ‘celebrate our community’ and ‘tell the true story about the border.'”

“But we’re going there for a reason,” Trump continued. “We’re going there to keep our country safe. And we don’t want murderers and drug dealers and gang members, MS-13, and some of the worst people in the world coming into our country.”
“Now, Mexico has had the worst year they’ve ever had,” Trump noted. “Almost 40,000 killings in Mexico this year. One of the most unsafe places, unfortunately. We need a wall. And all of the other things are nice to have. But without a wall, it’s not going to work. We can have technology, we can have beautiful drones flying all over the place, but it doesn’t work without the wall.”
O’Rourke called for his supporters to join him at his event “at Chalio Acosta Sports Center around the same time the president is scheduled to take the stage at a rally in support of the wall at the El Paso County Coliseum, which is just a block away,” Fox News reported.
“We need everyone to join us tomorrow evening in El Paso as we celebrate our community,” O’Rourke tweeted. “The country will be watching, and it falls on all of us to tell the true story about the border.”

O’Rourke and anyone else who is considering a run against Trump in 2020 have no idea what they are up against. They face an uphill battle to say the least, and at most, a complete annihilation. Which is likely to happen given how satisfied the majority of Trump’s base are with his performance.
Heck, even major Trump naysayer Erick Erickson has announced he’s supporting the president in the next election. Beto is cooked on both sides. Might as well not even bother.
The issue of the border wall is an important one that the vast majority of average Americans seem to agree on. We need to keep our country safe and protect our resources. It’s really that simple.
Want a chance at the White House? Stop being so radically left-wing and pull your party back to the center. Easy peasy.
