If every Republican running for office had an ounce of brain matter, they would drop ALL of their negative campaign ads where they just attack their opponents. The public is sick and tired of negative political campaigning.
What they need to do is focus on the latest economic report that shows President Trump’s and Republicans’ policies are resulting in a booming economy. In the latest report, retail sales are soaring, productivity is soaring and manufacturing businesses are booming. Add this with the low low unemployment, especially for black Americans and Hispanics, along with more take home pay, all Republicans have to do is tell people to look at their paychecks to see what the GOP has done for them.

Retail sales, which are the total receipts at stores that sell merchandise and related services to final consumers, rose 0.5 percent in July, according to data released by the Commerce Department Wednesday. Economists had expected sales to rise by just 0.1 percent. The sales numbers were so strong that they exceeded the top range of expectations of economists surveyed by Bloomberg.

Outside of auto and gas sales, retail sales grew an even stronger 0.6 percent.
Productivity, which has had very small gains or even retreated in recent years, rose 2.9 percent in the most recent quarter compared with the prior quarter. That topped expectations for gains of 2.5 percent and was far above the paltry 0.4 percent increase in the first quarter…
The only negative Republicans need to use in their campaigning is to make sure voters understand that Democrats want to take away their increased take-home pay and kill millions of jobs. They don’t have to get into he did this and she did that. Just say what the GOP has done and will continue to do and that Democrats will take it all away. Simple and effective.
