Obama Administration Official’s Rapid Rise & Pay Hikes While Videoing Up Women’s Skirts

Barack Obama was not only the most corrupt person to occupy the White House, but his administration was the most corrupt in American history. The list includes Eric Holder, Loretta Lynch, Hillary Clinton, Kathleen Sebelius, Ken Salazar, Robert Mueller, John Brennan, James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok and Lisa Page to name just a few.

To this list you can add William Mendoza and with his addition, one has to wonder about how quickly he moved up in Obama’s government.

On January 31. 2011, Mendoza was appointed to be a Special Assistant in the Department of Education. The appointment was listed as an ‘exceptional appointment’ which means that it was a purely political appointment. His salary was set at $71,674 a year.

However, in less than a year, Mendoza was advanced to the position of Deputy Director of the White House Initiative on Tribal Colleges and Universities. His salary was increased to $84,697 a year, and he received a $20,514 locality pay.

Only a few weeks later, Mendoza was again advanced to the position of Executive Director of the White House Initiative on American Indian and Native Alaskan Education. His salary was increased to $99,628 a year plus a locality pay of $24,130. It’s questioned as to why he received the locality pay since he remained in Washington DC.

One year later, Mendoza was again advanced and saw his salary increased to $102,949 plus his locality pay was increased slightly to $24,934.

One year later, Mendoza was again advanced, and his salary jumped to $106,270 and his locality pay was increased to $25,739.

Another year, another advancement and another pay increase to $110,686 a year and locality pay increased to $26,808.

By the middle of 2016, Mendoza has become Director of White House Initiative on American Indian and Native Alaskan Education and his salary had increased to $140,892 with a locality pay adjustment for continuing to live in the DC area of $27,980. In five years, Mendoza went from earning $71,674 a year to earning $140,892 + $27,980 for a total of $168,872 or a 135.6% pay increase.

In 2015, Mendoza was accused by an Oklahoma man of attacking him and beating him up while he was attending the 2015 SACNAS National Conference in Washington DC. A year later, Mendoza acknowledged there was an incident at the conference, bur denied it was him.

In November 2016, Mendoza resigned from his position in the Obama administration only after the married father of 3 was arrested for taking videos and photographs up women’s skirts and dresses, usually on escalators in the Washington DC area.

Judicial Watch explains:

“During this curiously rapid ascent in government, Mendoza was busy violating D.C. criminal code, federal statutes and Education Department polices with his creepy voyeuristic activities. The Education Department’s OIG report of the investigation into Mendoza’s arrest found that Mendoza ‘while utilizing government SmarTrip…was taking, or attempting to take, photographs/video under the skirts of women with a type of smart phone while utilizing the Metro Transit System.’ The watchdog concluded that Mendoza had ‘engaged in criminal conduct while on government work time and/or while utilizing government transit benefits.’ Mendoza violated D.C. criminal code, federal statutes and agency policies and misused government property and committed ‘ED Code of Conduct violations,’ the OIG found. In 2017 Mendoza pleaded guilty to attempted voyeurism in D.C. Superior Court and was sentenced to 90 days incarceration, a year of supervised probation and a $100 fine. The Education OIG requested that he be debarred from future federal employment.”

Is there no end to the number of corrupt people that worked in the Obama administration? How many others like them are still working in the federal government, being paid by our tax dollars for doing who knows what. No wonder America is in such a state of moral decay, debauchery and violence. If those running the country won’t live by the laws of the land, then why should anyone expect the people to live by them?
