Iran Launches Strike Against Israel and Israel Annihilates Iranian Bases in Syria

A couple of weeks ago, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu presented evidence that Iran was not complying with the nuclear deal. This week US President Donald Trump announced that the US was withdrawing from the Iran nuclear deal. Yesterday, Iran launched a missile attack on Israel from a base in Syria. Israel retaliated against the Iran bases in Syria. According to reports, Israel basically annihilated not only the Iranian base responsible for the attack but they also destroyed most of the Iranian infrastructure located inside Syria.

Liberals have been quick to jump on the Iranian attack of Israel and trying to blame Trump for what happened when Israel says the attacks were coming regardless of the nuclear deal.

(Fox News) – Israel and Iran reached the brink of full-scale war Thursday as the Islamic Republic’s unprovoked rocket attack on soldiers in the Golan Heights gave way to an unprecedented Israeli counter-strike that targeted nearly all Iranian infrastructure inside Syria.

The Israeli Defense Force said it deployed fighter jets and used missiles to strike a range of targets, including military compounds, intelligence operations and munitions warehouses, a statement read. The strikes were Israel’s largest air operation in Syria since the 1973 Yom Kippur War.

“The IDF will not allow the Iranian threat to establish itself in Syria. The Syrian regime will be held accountable for everything happening in its territory,” the press release read. “The IDF is prepared for a wide variety of scenarios.” …

There have been other attacks on Israel from within Syria that have been believed to be Iranian motivated, prior to Trump’s announcement of withdrawing from the Iran nuclear deal. Iran has been vowing to destroy Israel for years and the Obama/Kerry brokered nuclear deal with Iran failed to cover other weapons development. However, Israel showed that they are well prepared and capable of defending themselves.
