Liberals across America are calling for stricter gun control laws. They want laws to take guns away from people who shouldn’t have them. They want more gun free zones.
All of those were in place and yet failed in three ways to prevent the tragic shooting at the Waffle House in Antioch, Tennessee.
Travis Reinking had his guns confiscated a year ago by Illinois authorities. They also revoked his FOID Card – a requirement in Illinois to own a firearm. Yet, his guns were returned to his dad who promised not to give them to his son.

Police in Tennessee are searching for the 29-year-old Reinking, saying he’s suspected of fatally shooting four people at a Nashville restaurant early Sunday. Huston said Reinking’s father has a valid firearm ownership card, and his officers didn’t believe they had any authority to seize the weapons. He said the father agreed to “keep the weapons secure and out of the possession of Travis.” …
