Isn’t it interesting how the liberal mainstream media fails to report news that is damaging to Democrats but run wild with mistruths and lies when it involves Republicans especially President Donald Trump? That’s why a recent student showed that in the first 2 months of 2018, 91% of the television coverage on Trump has been negative.
Saying that, you probably won’t hear the mainstream media report that former British spy Christopher Steele, the author of the Trump dossier, had filed a memo with Fusion GPS, whom he worked for at the time, stating that the hack of the DNC emails that led to the WikiLeaks release, was carried out by Russian agents who were working within the Democratic Party.
(ZeroHedge) – Shortly after WikiLeaks released emails from the Democratic National Committee (DNC) on July 26, 2016, former UK spy Christopher Steele filed a memo with his employer, Fusion GPS, claiming that the DNC “hack” during the 2016 election involved Russian agents “within the Democratic Party structure itself,” The New Yorker reports.
On July 26, 2016, after WikiLeaks disseminated the D.N.C. e-mails, Steele filed yet another memo, this time claiming that the Kremlin was “behind” the hacking, which was part of a Russian cyber war against Hillary Clinton’s campaign. Many of the details seemed far-fetched: Steele’s sources claimed that the digital attack involved agents “within the Democratic Party structure itself,” as well as Russian émigrés in the U.S. and “associated offensive cyber operators.”
The unverified claim was contained within a multitude of memos compiled by Steele on behalf of Fusion GPS, which was conducting opposition research on then-candidate Donald Trump for Hillary Clinton and the DNC.
Of note, the 35-page “Trump-Russia” dossier used in part by the FBI to obtain a FISA warrant on one-time Trump campaign advisor Carter Page was comprised of seventeen of Steele’s memos – including one which alleged that Trump had paid “a number of prostitutes to perform a ‘golden showers’ (urination) show in front of him,” which would defile a bed that Barack and Michelle Obama had slept in during a state visit – an allegation attributed to four individuals’ second-hand reporting…
When the DNC emails were leaked to WikiLeaks, the DNIC instantly blamed someone within the Donald Trump campaign, while at the same time they were denying having anything to do with the infamous Trump dossier prepared by Fusion GPS, the same company that Steele worked for along with the Russian attorney who tried to entrap Donald Trump Jr.
