A common mantra of the liberal left is condemn everyone who holds a different view than they do as being haters, racists, sexists, bigots and more. If you are a strong Christian and condemn homosexuality because God condemns it, then you are labeled a hater. If you hold to the First Amendment right of free speech and speak out against liberalism, you are a hater.
At the same time, the same people who are calling you a hater are themselves cozying up to their own forms of hatred, but are so blinded by their hatred that they fail to see it and thus lead a life of hypocrisy. It’s okay for them to hate conservatives and Christians and say whatever they want about them, but don’t dare turn the table on them.
(Constitution.com) – It’s the double-standard of a lifetime.
While the left pretends that each and every Republican (and conservative) is prone to hatred – whether by racism, sexism, homophobia, etc. There is simply no proof that this is true on a large-scale. Instead, conservatives say that we simply have different beliefs on how to fix the economy and our education system (this is where the racism charge is usually hurled). Or we have different religious or moral beliefs about how society can best flourish (which is where we are attacked as sexists or homophobes).
However, we have real tangible proof that some leftwing leaders are all too cozy with hatred, and yet, the hypocritical left ignores the hatred in their midst.
A couple of examples reared their ugly heads this past week, and it’s enough to make us sick…
Think about this carefully: Democrats claim that Christians are haters because we believe it when Jesus said the only way to heaven is through Him. Yet, they ignore the fact that Jesus taught us to love and pray for our enemies. Democrats have cozied up to Muslims who are taught that they should either convert all non-Muslims or kill them. Which is the real religion of peace and which is the real religion of hate?
