Clinton Foundation’s Possible Violations Per FBI

The Department of Justice has opened up a new investigation into reports of wrong doing by the Clinton Foundation. Some have accused the Clinton Foundation of accepting donations that were nothing more than payments for special favors by then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Those favors range anything from approvals for speaking events for Bill Clinton, to special favors to numerous Clinton donors. The practice is known as ‘pay-to-play’ politics that led to the donations.

The FBI has been investigating the Clinton Foundation for months, but doing so quietly and now the DOJ has taken up their investigation, indicating that the FBI most likely has found things worthy of the increased investigation.

Mrs Clinton’s spokesman on Friday labelled the inquiry a “sham”.

He said Attorney General Jeff Sessions was doing President Trump’s bidding to distract from the Russia probe.

What will inquiry focus on?

The FBI has been quietly investigating the Clinton Foundation for months, according to people familiar with the inquiry, US media report…

Clinton attorneys and Democrats are blasting the investigation, saying it is politically motivated, but wasn’t the investigation into the Hillary Clinton email scandal suddenly stalled in 2016, politically motivated? Wasn’t the ending of the FBI investigation of the Uranium One deal also politically motivated? Wasn’t Barack Obama’s obstruction of justice in the Operation Fast & Furious investigation politically motivated?
