Earlier this week, the mainstream liberal painted a picture of tense, defiance and even racial overtones in the alleged sudden firing of Omarosa Manigault Newman from her job as Director of Communications for the White House Public Liaison Office.

They made it sound as if she was angry and tried to get into the private residence in the White House without permission, which set off alarms, before she was caught, detained, fired and escorted out of the White House.

Yesterday, Omarosa went public to say there was no anger no trying to access the White House private residence and that she was not fired nor was she abruptly escorted from the White House.

(Huffington Post) – Omarosa Manigault Newman is bucking reports that White House chief of staff John Kelly fired her.

“I resigned and I didn’t do that in the residence as being reported,” Newman said during an appearance on ABC’s “Good Morning America” Thursday.

“John Kelly and I sat down in the Situation Room, which is a very secure, very quiet room in the White House, and we had a very candid conversation,” she said.

Newman resigned from her role as director of communications for the White House Public Liaison Office on Tuesday, the White House said Wednesday. She will continue her job until Jan. 20…

If she is continuing in her job until January 20, then she could not have been escorted out of the White House as the liberal mainstream media reported. It should help prove just how little one can trust some of the media for accuracy and that it’s often best to wait a bit before reacting, to give the real story a chance to be told, as in this case.
