Jose Inez Garcia Zarate is an illegal alien who had been deported numerous times but always managed to return to the US. In 2015, he was picked up by San Francisco police on a non-9mmigration crime. ICE officials requested they detain the illegal until they could pick him in a couple of days. Being San Francisco is a sanctuary city, they released Zarate. In July, Zarate, a convicted felon, was in possession of a gun with which he shot and killed Kate Steinle. Then a jury of liberals acquitted him Steinle’s death, much to the outrage of many Americans.

However, Zarate was convicted of being a felon in possession of a firearm, but that may be the least of his problems as the Department of Justice announced that they have a warrant for Zarate’s arrest that demands he be turned over to US Marshalls who will escort him to Texas to face more charges.

(Keep and Bear) – The American people have repeatedly demanded that their government end the foolish practice of so-called “sanctuary cities” and the illegal immigrant crime that is inherent within these safe havens.

While it is not currently “cool” to speak on the subject of the criminality of a great many illegal aliens, (ironically, they are all technically criminals due to their immigration status), the reality of the situation is affecting a great many U.S. citizens.  Further compounding the issue are liberal cities that have designated themselves as “sanctuary cities” – places where those undocumented residents needn’t fear the rule of law.

In the case of Kate Steinle, who was murdered in the “sanctuary city” of San Francisco by an undocumented immigrant, Americans hoped that a shining example of common sense could be bestowed upon the nation.  Instead, Kate’s killer has been acquitted of her murder in a shocking development…

If it were up to me, Zarate would be locked up in a US prison for the rest of his life and then I would arrest every official and public figure in San Francisco who voted for and supports being a sanctuary city and those officials who shoes to ignore the detainment order issued by ICE. They are all complicit to Zarate’s crimes and even though he wasn’t convicted, they should be.
