Last week, model and radio host Leeann Tweeden went public with allegations of sexual misconduct by Sen. Al Franken (D-MN). Franken admitted the incident, apologized and then tried to explain part of it away as just a joke, but didn’t explain while Franken was trying to tickle her tonsils with his tongue.

This past Monday, Lindsay Menz said that Franken groped her during a photo op at the 2010 Minnesota State Fair. Franken says he doesn’t remember the incident.

Two more women have come forth with allegations against Franken. While some questioned the newest allegations, it’s been discovered that both women have been telling others about the incidents for years since the time of the incidents.

(Huffington Post) – Two more women have told HuffPost that Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.) touched their butts in separate incidents. These are the third and fourth such allegations against Franken in the past week. Leeann Tweeden, a radio host, wrote last week that Franken had kissed and groped her without her consent during a 2006 USO tour. On Monday, Lindsay Menz accused Franken of groping her at the Minnesota State Fair in 2010.

The two additional women, who said they were not familiar with each others’ stories, both spoke on condition of anonymity. But their stories, which describe events during Franken’s first campaign for the Senate, are remarkably similar — and both women have been telling them privately for years.

In a statement to HuffPost, Franken said, “It’s difficult to respond to anonymous accusers, and I don’t remember those campaign events.” …

One of the newer accusers says that like Menz, Franken grabbed her butt during a photo op back in 2007 and she had been talking about the incident ever since. The fourth accuser said she was performing with a Women’s group and afterward had photo’s taken of her, her mom and Franken and during that photo op, Franken’s hand cupped her butt.
