DOJ Asks Supreme Court to Lift Restrictions on Refugee Travel Ban

President Donald Trump and his administration have been trying to take measures to help defend America’s national security from terrorist attacks. In that endeavor, Trump has issued two different travel bans on refugees and immigrants from first 7 and then 6 Arab nations.

However, liberals are more concerned with their agenda to destroy America and turn it over to foreigners than they are about the safety and security of the American people. They are willing to sacrifice your and my safety for the sake of their anti-American agenda.

Last week, the most liberal court in America, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, issued a stay on some of Trump’s travel bans. Yesterday, the Department of Justice asked the Supreme Court to lift the stays imposed by the 9th Circuit.

The Trump administration is asking the Supreme Court to lift restrictions on the president’s travel ban.

The Department of Justice on Monday asked the Supreme Court to stay the part of last week’s 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling that barred the government from prohibiting refugees that have formal assurances from resettlement agencies or are in the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program from entering the U.S.

The 9th Circuit also said in its opinion that the government could not ban grandparents, aunts, uncles and other extended family members of a person in the U.S. from entering the country…

One has to wonder where the loyalty of liberals and agenda-driven judges lie, since they don’t seem to lie with America or the American people. They continually chip away at the US Constitution and Bill of Rights, hoping that the entire system will come crashing down on top of all of us so they can re-write their own constitution the way they want it instead of the way of Founding Fathers intended it.
