Will Trump Be Able to Prevent Mexican Drug Cartel Violence from Spilling into the US?

If you think Islamic terrorist groups like ISIS, al Qaeda, Taliban, Boko Haran, Hamas and other are bad enough, take a good look at some of the Mexican drug cartels operating just south of our border. Recently, a battle between two of the cartels have left at least 15 dead. In the past, they have accounted for the murder of hundreds of Mexican nationals, as well as Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry. A major question facing President Trump is if he can build the border fence and secure our border in time to prevent the further bloodshed at the hands of the drug cartels, here in the US.

Now, as this violence begins to creep nearer to the U.S. border, many Americans have taken notice and are demanding action…

I still say that President Trump should have our military construction units build the border fence. This would save millions of dollars in labor costs. Then Trump needs to station US military forces along the entire border and provide them with all of the equipment necessary to secure the border on land, underground and in the air. It’s about time our military protects America, just like they’ve been protecting other nations.
