Priebus Says Trump Didn’t Believe Putin About Russian Election Interference

If you listen to the liberal media, you would think that President Donald Trump swallowed Russian President Vladimir Putin’s denial about Russian meddling in last years’ election. However, White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus is telling a different story, saying that Trump did not believe Putin when he denied that the Kremlin was involved.

White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus said Sunday that President Trump didn’t believe Russian President Vladimir Putin when he personally told Trump that his government didn’t meddle in the 2016 White House race and denied Trump saying the alleged meddling was exaggerated.

“That’s not true,” Priebus told “Fox News Sunday.” “The president absolutely did not believe the denial of the Russian president.”
