FLASH: North Korea Takes HUGE Step Towards War

For the past couple of years, North Korea has been testing all kinds of missiles. Barack Obama basically ignored them, but Donald Trump has been trying to use many avenues to de-escalate the growing tensions in the region, but North Korea has continued on their path to war. If their latest missile test and claim is proven to be true and they now have the capability of launching a missile that can reach the US mainland, that is a HUGE step towards the war that Kim Jong-un continues to threaten.

North Korea fired a ballistic missile off its east coast Tuesday morning at around 9:40 a.m., South Korea’s Joint Chiefs of Staff said in a statement.

The projectile was fired from Banghyon Air Base in North Pyongan Province and traveled about 930 kilometers (578 miles) before landing in the East Sea. Local military officials said they are analyzing the type of missile used.

The US military has been preparing in case war with North Korea does break out. We have increased our naval presence in the region and have been helping our allies in South Korea, Japan, Philippines and Taiwan to take measures to protect themselves from a North Korean attack. Some of the actions taken by the US have angered China, which has a close relationship with North Korea and would probably side with Kim in the event there is a war.
