One the traits that many people like and others hate about Donald Trump is that he often speaks his mind and generally the truth. After CNN finally printed a retraction about their fake news story about a Trump advisor and a Russian investment fund, Trump called them out publicly for their fake news and then asked about a number of the other major networks.
President Trump on Tuesday morning called out a host of major print and television outlets, decrying them as “Fake News” and taking particular aim at a familiar media nemesis.
Trump’s tweets came in the aftermath of CNN’s retraction of a story linking a Trump adviser to a Russian investment fund. Three journalists involved in the story’s publication have since resigned and CNN issued an apology to the Trump adviser. But the debacle still caught the president’s attention as he wondered if a similar reckoning awaited other organizations.
“So they caught Fake News CNN cold, but what about NBC, CBS & ABC? What about the failing @nytimes & @washingtonpost? They are all Fake News!” Trump wrote…
In many ways, Trump is write. If you watch any of the other major news networks he named, especially their morning news programs, you see that they are all extremely blinded by their bias for the ultra-left, liberal Democrats. They rarely report anything factual or supportive about President Trump or any other conservative Republican. They overlook the many crimes committed by top ranking Democrats, including Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, yet they crucify any Republican for the slightest thing.
