Top House Democrat Concerned About Lynch Allegations

Fired FBI Director James Comey dropped a bombshell that is still having possible devastating repercussions among the Democratic Party. Comey, who appears to be working with Mueller in his anti-Trump investigation, told the Senate Intelligence Committee that then US Attorney General Loretta Lynch asked him to hush the FBI investigation of Hillary Clinton’s email scandal. A growing number of Democrats are growing concerned about the allegation made against Lynch and the ramifications they are and could have.

Another prominent Democrat has come forward to voice concerns about allegations ex-Attorney General Loretta Lynch may have sought to keep a lid on last year’s Hillary Clintons email probe, with California Rep. Adam Schiff saying he’s “queasy” at the thought.  

Schiff, the top Democrat on the House intelligence committee, aired his concerns in an interview Sunday and said he wants to hear from Lynch personally.

“I’d like to hear what Loretta Lynch’s explanation for that is, either by having her come to the Hill or by having her speak publicly,” he said…

Rep. Adam Schiff is a top-ranking House Democrat from California, known for his staunch liberalism and party loyalty. Instead of sloughing off the allegations or making accusations against Comey and Republicans, Schiff is joining a number of other Democrats in expressing concern and uncertainty about Lynch’s actions. His non-denial is a fairly good sign that Lynch most likely did try to obstruct justice, a criminal offense.
