The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals is by far the most liberal and agenda driven court in the nation. They have a long track record of ruling on agenda instead of the Constitution and law, so it was no surprise that they upheld the blockage of President Trump’s executive order calling for a temporary ban on immigration and refugees from 6 Muslim controlled countries. They said Trump had overreached his authority.
The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals on Monday ruled in part against President Trump’s so-called travel ban, upholding an injunction that prevents the administration from enforcing a suspension on travel from six mostly Muslim countries.
“We conclude that the President, in issuing the Executive Order, exceeded the scope of the authority delegated to him by Congress,” the opinion said.

It’s now up to the US Supreme Court to make the final ruling on Trump’s travel ban. Hopefully with Neil Gorsuch on the bench, the court will rule on law instead of agenda. Undoubtedly, at least four Justices will automatically rule against it, leaving four conservatives and then wishy-washy Chief Justice John Roberts, who could vote either way, depending on his mood.
