Former Judge Says Lynch Could Face 5-10 Years in Prison

Former New Jersey Superior Court Judge and current Fox News Legal Columnist, Andrew Napolitano, says that if the allegations made by former FBI Director James Comey are found to be true, that former US Attorney General Loretta Lynch could be charged with a felony for obstructing an FBI investigation. If found guilty, she could face between 5 to 10 years in prison and be known as a convicted felon from the rest of her life.

Judge Andrew Napolitano says former Attorney General Loretta Lynch could be facing jail time for obstruction of justice if emails to former DNC chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Shultz reportedly about furthering DNC interests surface.

“It is alleged, this document has not seen the light of day yet, if it exists that there is one or several emails between Debbie Wasserman Shultz and Loretta Lynch concerning the behavior that Loretta Lynch will take to further the DNC interests while Mrs. Lynch was the Attorney General, that if it happened, would be misconduct in office,” he said…

Hopefully, Lynch will be charged, found guilty and sentenced. That’s one member of the Obama administration down with a number of others that should also be facing federal felony charges for whole variety of crimes, including Obama himself. He committed more crimes in his eight years in office than every other president combined. He does not deserve to be walking around and breathing free air every again for his crimes against the US Constitution, federal laws, Congress and the American people.
