Democrats are getting frustrated over a number of things, including the 5 consecutive losses in special elections. After new evidence emerged this past week, Democrat frustration and anger is growing over Barack Obama’s failure to take appropriate and timely action concerning the Russian hacking and interference of last year’s elections. Obama had plenty of time to bring this matter to the same scrutiny it’s being given today, but he failed to act.

The Obama administration is under fresh scrutiny for its response to Russian meddling in the election after new details emerged this week about how the White House weighed its actions against the 2016 political environment.

Then-President Obama was too cautious in the months leading up to the election, frustrated Democratic lawmakers and strategists say. 

“It was inadequate. I think they could have done a better job informing the American people of the extent of the attack,” said Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.), a member of the House Intelligence Committee who co-chairs the Democratic Steering and Policy Committee…

Many Republicans questioned Obama’s lack of response last year and now, as Democrats learn more, they too are starting to question Obama’s lack of appropriate action. It seems that Obama was so confident that Clinton would win, that he took little action against the Russian interference, which makes one question why so many people are blaming Donald Trump or trying to link him and his campaign to the now ongoing investigation.
