Corrine Brown, (D-FL), served in the US House of Representatives from 1993 to 2016. She was charged on numerous accounts of fraud and tax evasion for taking funds from her charity to use for personal reasons. Kind of sounds like what happened with former Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. He was also charged and found guilty of fraud, abuse of campaign funds and was sent to prison. Hopefully, Brown, who was found guilty on 18 charges, will also find herself behind bars.

Former Democratic Rep. Corrine Brown was found guilty on 18 fraud and tax evasion charges Thursday afternoon in a Jacksonville federal court.

Brown was found not guilty on four of the 22 total charges.
