Former NFL Star Serving Life for 1 Murder, Acquitted of 2 Others

Aaron Hernandez was a tight end for the New England Patriots from 2010 to 2012. His career was cut short when he was accused for murdering 2 men in Boston in 2012.

A year later, Hernandez was arrested and convicted of first degree murder for another incident he was involved it. He was found guilty of this crime and sentenced to life in prison at the age of only 25.

The incident in 2012 allegedly occurred outside a Boston bar where Hernandez was accused of murdering two men. One account said that he murdered them because they disrespected him and another account said it started when 1 of the victims spilled his drink on Hernandez.

After a lengthy trial, the jury deliberated for 6 days before returning a not guilty verdict…
