AG Sessions Amazed that Judge on Pacific Island Could Block President from Protecting Nation

President Donald Trump tried to use his legal constitutional power to protect the United States from the increased threat of terrorist attacks from radical Muslims, like those taking place in France, Belgium and United Kingdom. Yet, one liberal judge in Hawaii abused his position to block Trump’s executive order. The judge clearly ruled on his liberal agenda and not on law, which is on Trump’s side.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions says he was “amazed” a judge in Hawaii could halt President Trump’s order blocking people from six predominately Muslim countries from entering the U.S.

“I really am amazed that a judge sitting on an island in the Pacific can issue an order that stops the President of the United States from what appears to be clearly his statutory and constitutional power,” Sessions said on “The Mark Levin Show,” as first reported by CNN.

A federal judge in Hawaii in March placed a nationwide hold on the president’s revised travel order.

Hopefully, AG Sessions will mount a strong legal challenge to the Hawaiian judge’s block of the immigration ban and prevail in court, demonstrating just how so many judges today rule on agenda and not on law. I would hope this judge would be impeached and removed from the bench.
